Shipping, Returns and Warranty

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We ship all orders within 24 hours of your order being placed except weekends and holidays. All our shipments are sent from our fulfilment centers in Europe and the USA. The average time to arrive is about 7 days but it can take up to 14 days to arrive. 

RETURN and REFUNDS

We accept and refund returns. Products need to be in their original packaging and unused. Postage fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned products we refund the full amount. 

WARRANTY and QUALITY GUARANTEE

On the off chance that you receive a faulty product we take responsibility for it and will send you instructions of what to do in order to receive either a replacement or a refund of the product.
