It has all the promised products with it and in all the right sizes. I feared there was gonna be something not quite right like the other comments said, but i was not dissapointed at all.Everything is fitting and I'm really satisfied with my choice to by this product. The bento box is very nice, practical, leak proof and easy to clean. The cutler inside are handful and cute + my son loves the small sauce boxes! The adjustable dividers make it easy to prepare different foods without mixing it while moving.
I had a super experience with the customer service: professional and serious, they did all they could to make me happy, finding the colour I liked and having my choice delivered to me super fast!

I bought the XXL, since I wanted more volume for my lunch and snacks. The XXL bento box is even bigger than I thought, it can easily have a big lunch, salad and some snacks. I am really happy with the purchase.
Initially one of the boxes I receive was leaking from one side. I contacted the customer service, and the same day, yes the same day, my new bento box was already shipped to me. The customer service is excellent. Thank you very much !
